Construction of 88 Nairobi, a condominium skyscraper which when complete will be one of the the tallest buildings in Africa, is proceeding rapidly and is now at 34th floor level.

Lordship Africa’s Jonathan Jackson told a local journalist that all studio apartments had already been sold, signaling the immense interest the exclusive development has attracted since construction started.

The high-rise building is located at the intersection of Bishop’s Road and 4th Ngong Avenue in Nairobi’s Upper Hill district on a two-acre plot.

Apart from apartments and penthouses, 88 Nairobi features a restaurant, a convenience store, 24-hour concierge services, gym and spa facilities, as well as a helipad among others. It offers spectacular views of Nairobi. Residents will also be able to see as far as Aberdares and Mt Kenya. See construction cam https://rtsp.me/embed/a5Y3ThkK/
