Curtain boxes are MDF pelmets, painted finish with PVC concealed rails while doors are imported veneer-faced MDF in all living areas. The ceilings are painted to underside of slab while selected areas have gypsum.

Kitchens feature imported MDF cabinetry with stainless steel handles. There are stone worktops and stainless steel sinks. For appliances, each kitchen has a built-in hob, oven and extractor hood. All wardrobes have full-height MDF cabinetry. Balcony balustrades consist of glass panels with stainless steel handrails. In the bathroom, fixtures include a white wall-hung WC with concealed cistern, vanity unit with integrated acrylic sink, a wall-mounted mirror and an overhead shower with a wall-mounted hand shower. The toughened glass shower screens are 10mm thick. Other features are towel rails, toilet roll holders, shower shelf and high quality electric shaving fittings.
