Georgian Investor to Build Mixed Development at Tatu City

An international real estate development group is to establish a mixed-use property at Tatu City.

The Next Group, a company based in Georgia but with high-end properties in other countries, will embark on creating a Live, Work and Play community consisting of commercial, residential and educational facilities, among others.

Welcoming the developer, Tatu’s SEZ Operations Manager Thomas Mwaengo said: “Next comes with global expertise from their projects in Georgia, Dubai and elsewhere; so they bring best practices and will be able to transfer knowledge locally.”

The development is dubbed “Next Amani”. Next’s Project Manager Tatia Kakhidze said: “Next Amani offers everything you need for a comfortable lifestyle – from outdoor swimming pool to fitness centre, beautiful gardens, restaurants and commercial spaces. It offers a peaceful, secure environment for home buyers.”
