The ninth edition of Big 5 Construct Kenya opened its doors this morning at Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi, bringing together local and international players in the construction industry for three days of exhibitions, networking and business engagement.
Running from October 21 to 23, 2026, the event features more than 150 exhibitors from over 25 countries, showcasing products, technologies and services aimed at addressing the evolving needs of Kenya’s construction sector.
Organised by dmg events, the exhibition provides a platform for contractors, developers, architects, engineers, distributors and other industry professionals to connect with manufacturers and suppliers, explore emerging technologies and identify potential business partnerships.
Among the Kenyan companies exhibiting at this year’s event are Kohler East Africa, Wood Products Kenya, Elite Tools and Neuce Paints. Their participation highlights the role of local businesses in supplying products and services to Kenya’s construction industry.
The exhibition covers a broad range of categories, including construction materials, building finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, digital construction, and offsite and modular construction. Country pavilions from China, Egypt, Germany, Italy and Türkiye further strengthen its international representation.
A notable addition this year is the Big 5 Impact Trail, a curated showcase of environmentally conscious construction solutions. It highlights products and technologies designed to improve resource efficiency, reduce environmental impact and support long-term building performance.
The event offers industry professionals an opportunity to assess new products, exchange technical knowledge and establish business contacts across Kenya and the wider East African market.
Big 5 Construct Kenya runs until October 23, 2026.
