The Orad Group, a rapidly growing real estate company, has shared pictorial updates of their latest church project, AIC Wote.
Located in Wote town, headquarters of Makueni County, the church features a unique sharp, pointed dome among other architectural and engineering attributes.
According to Orad, the AIC WOTE church is a” perfect blend of architecture and engineering, resulting in a strong and durable structure. The designers and engineers behind this project have meticulously planned every aspect to ensure its longevity and resilience.”
The Group says that everything, from selection of materials to construction, has been a deliberate process in order to create a lasting structure that will stand out as an architectural marvel.
Other considerations have been sustainability, with ecofriendly features being incorporated in the design. Landscaping has also been given special emphasis.
“The church’s surrounding green spaces are carefully designed to promote biodiversity and support local ecosystems”, says the Group. “Native plants and trees are used extensively, not only providing aesthetic beauty but also serving as habitats for biodiversity.”
The Group’s other church projects include ACK St James Cathedral in Kiambu and St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Ruiru.
