Superior Homes is on course to complete its Kes 8 billion residential units dubbed Pazuri in Vipingo, Kilifi.
The company, which earned respect from its elegant American-type houses at Greenpark Estate on Mombasa Road just after Athi River, says construction of the initial 14 units that consist of two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom villas is more than 90 percent complete and that 10 of the units have already been sold.
The Pazuri Property, adjacent to the Vipingo Ridge Golf Club, will eventually have a total of 372 units. Prices range from Sh13 million to Sh21 million. The villas are ideal as holiday homes or as investment properties.
Homeowners will enjoy amenities such as a sundowner, tennis courts, horse stables, mountain biking and a beach club on the edge of the Kuruwitu Marine Sanctuary.
The property is located less than an hour’s drive from the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), Mombasa terminus and the Moi International Airport.
