LAPFUND’s Bellevue Park Apartment Project Takes Shape

Lapfund Bellevue Park

Bellevue Park is taking shape in South C, Nairobi, right next to Mombasa Road and the Nairobi Expressway. Developed by LAPFUND, this high-rise project has reached the 15th floor as of September 2025, with plans to go up to 20 floors.

Phase 1 is well underway, and the construction site is buzzing with activity. The development will feature a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, designed with modern layouts, large windows, and balconies offering expansive views of the city.

Showhouses are already open, giving a first look at what the finished homes will feel like. The apartments are aimed at urban professionals, families, and business owners looking for a central, connected lifestyle.

The project plans to include a range of features — biometric access, CCTV, 24/7 manned security, landscaped gardens, a children’s play area, and high-speed lifts. Four boreholes are being drilled to ensure reliable water supply, and there are also plans for a daycare, kindergarten, and on-site health center.

Completion is expected in about two years. Prices start from Ksh 3.4 million for a studio.
