Nakuru, Kenya’s fourth city, will soon be home to one of the country’s largest mixed-use developments.
The Crater City Mall, an expansive development set on 19 acres (where Eveready Battery Factory was situated) will feature an industrial park, offices, residential houses, entertainment center, commercial mall and a hotel, among others. This will be one of the most consequential developments in the country and will change the face of Nakuru City.
The project is by LAPFUND, a state-owned defined contribution scheme.
