Unity Homes recently unveiled its sixth development, Unity Parkside, located at Tatu City. The project, comprising two- and three-bedroom apartments, has already generated strong interest from investors and homebuyers, with unit prices starting at Ksh 10.6 million.
Positioned next to a 100-acre sanctuary, Unity Parkside offers proximity to nature while being just 30 minutes from Nairobi’s central business district. The development will feature 338 residences and is described as Unity Homes’ greenest project to date, incorporating extensive green spaces and an open-plan design to maximize natural light and comfort. Apartments will also come fitted with fine finishes and built-in European appliances.
Unity Homes director John Latham attributed the early demand to the project’s strategic location, noting that properties near parks in major cities worldwide tend to attract higher values. Architect Sharon Abungu emphasized that the development was envisioned as a community deeply connected to nature.
The first phase of Unity Parkside is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. Unity Homes, established in 2015, focuses on delivering affordable, investment-grade housing while promoting sustainable residential communities across Africa.
