After a rigorous vetting process. Leading building contractor Laxmanbhai Construction Limited emerged the favourite to construct infrastructure projects at Tatu Central, a new business and living district of Tatu City.

The appointment of Laxmanbhai comes amid the company’s 70th anniversary celebrations.

With a history of seven decades of delivering exceptional projects, we are dedicated to ensuring that Tatu City’s business district becomes a symbol of excellence in construction and urban development,” said Manji Kanji Raghwani, the company’s Managing Director.
The project will involve the construction of a road with stormwater and potable water reticulation, a sewerage system, traffic interchange, parking, and electrical and ICT reticulation.
The project will also include an irrigation system and a green public plaza that will have a sculpture, a water fountain, a sitting area, and a signature mugumo tree featured in Tatu City’s logo.
