Centum Real Estate has handed over Phase 2 of the luxury Loft Residences to buyers who had booked the units during construction. The project consisted of 24 four-bedroom luxury apartments valued at Ksh 1 billion.
The Loft Residences are located within the massive Two Rivers Mixed-use development. Prices ranged from Ksh 36-52 million per unit. The first phase consisting of 32 units was completed last year.
