QS Mutinda Mutuku has been elected as the new president of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK). He will serve for a two-year term. Qs. Mutuku takes over from Qs. Jennifer Musyimi. He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the fields of quantity surveying and arbitration among other areas of knowledge in the construction industry.
The IQSK held a symposium and Annual General Meeting last week as the organization celebrated 30 years since inception.
The Institute brings together professionals trained and registered to work as quantity surveyors in Kenya. It aims to advance the profession of quantity surveying by providing members with opportunities for professional development and networking. It was established in 1994.
