There are four types of units beginning from Studio to 3-bedroom apartment. The studio is currently on offer at Ksh 1.7 million, one bedroom at Ksh 2.5m, 2 bedroom at Ksh 3.4 m while the three bedroom duplex goes for Ksh 3.55m. The payment plan is 20% upon signing letter of offer, 20% upon signing Lease Agreement, 50% during construction and 10% upon project completion.
